How are your biscuits shipped to ensure freshness?
Our biscuits are handmade, frozen, and shipped in insulated coolers with dry ice or gel packs to maintain the perfect temperature during transit.
Can I reheat the biscuits after they arrive?
Yes! We provide specific reheating instructions with every order. Generally, we recommend heating them in a conventional oven at 350°F for 15-20 minutes for that signature 'hot little biscuit' taste.
Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?
We currently offer a delicious Gluten-Free Buttermilk Biscuit. While we do not have a vegan biscuit at this time, we are constantly experimenting with new recipes in our kitchen.
What is your return policy for perishable food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with your delivery, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours.
How long can I store the biscuits in my freezer?
Our biscuits can be stored in the freezer for up to 18 months. We recommend keeping them in their original airtight packaging to prevent freezer burn.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Because we ship perishable goods via UPS or FedEx to ensure timely delivery, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. We require a physical street address for all orders.
